Integral Feya Psychotherapist, Psychedelic Assisted Therapist & Complex Trauma Specialist 

Olympia is an Integral Psychotherapist at Feya Health where she practices an integrative psychotherapeutic approach with her clients. As part of her practice, she incorporates a strong clinical approach with Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). She is a trained Trauma & Somatic Psychotherapist and specializes in the integration of Psychedelics, clinical Shadow work and Complex Trauma. Olympia is also trained in EMDR, CBT, EFT, IFS, Attachment theory, DBT, ACT, Somatic Havening, Complex Trauma, and Oxytocin and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

Olympia holds a Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from University of Pennsylvania. Prior to counseling in the private practice realm, she interned at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in DC where she group counseled and provided addiction education to patients on every unit who fell under the anti-social spectrum and other personality disorders. She received a BA in English Language & Literature from Smith College and studied at Vassar College for her junior year away. She taught English, Creative Writing and Visual Art at numerous private day and boarding schools throughout the East Coast. She received her MFA in Creative Writing with a concentration in Education from American University in DC. While attending graduate school, she finished writing a poetry book. She taught as an Adjunct Professor of College Writing for five years at American University.

Designing a writing curriculum on psychology content led her to create a psychology education channel on the Psychology, Anthropology and Philosophy of Romantic Love. Harnessing her knowledge on the study of love, she primarily focuses on relationship issues. She also heavily focuses on  attachment styles, obsessive love/love addiction, relational trauma, narcissistic abuse, Adjustment Disorder, ADHD, OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, breakup grief, life transitions, and lack of purpose/meaning in life—often combining the practices of Narrative, Psychodynamic, Jungian shadow work, Adlerian and Existential therapy. She is currently trained in Attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, Somatic Therapy, Complex Trauma, PTSD & C-PTSD, Oxytocin and Ketamine Assisted Therapy."
